Drew is a father of twin boys and a broadcaster and writer living in Canada. He hosts a weekly technology segment on a national morning and is particularly interested in gadgets that combine fitness and technology in practical ways.
My main focus is on Zone 2 training, which I try and do for 5K at least 5 days a week.
Beyond that I have 3 strength training days.
I do a mix of Apple Fitness and Peloton classes as well as free time at the gym.
I like upper body strength days and hate leg day.
